Patsy's Pizzeria, a legendary East Harlem institution, has opened a new flagship in Flatiron, New York. The expansion marks a new chapter for the restaurant, which has been serving its customers since 1933. The new location incorporates a more expansive “pizzeria con cucina” format with a full Italian menu. The kitchen is led by Pietro Aletto, who has worked at Feroce and Loreto and has collaborated with Promise Hospitality Group to introduce this updated format to other cities.
