Governor appoints John Rathbone to W&M Board of Visitors

Gov. Abigail Spanberger has appointed John Rathbone to the William & Mary Board of Visitors, replacing Eric Cantor. Rathbone, a retired Norfolk Southern executive, will serve until 2029. This appointment is part of a larger group of appointments made by the governor.
