Jennie Garth Says Shannen Doherty Only Told One '90210' Cast Member Her Cancer Returned While Filming Reboot

Jennie Garth, a cast member of the Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot series, revealed that Shannen Doherty only informed one of her cast members, Brian Austin Green, about her cancer returning during the filming of the reboot series. Doherty had previously announced her diagnosis of metastatic stage 4 cancer in 2020 and in 2023, she revealed that the cancer had spread to her brain and undergone surgery. Despite their feud during the original series, Garth expressed regret over the incident and is forever grateful for the relationship she had with Doherty.
