Sheryl Sanberg: The AI gender gap is about recognition

A survey conducted by LeanIn, the women's advocacy group, has found that women are less likely to use AI at work and receive less recognition for their efforts. The survey also found that 18% of women were praised for using AI, compared to 27% of men. This could exacerbate existing gender pay and promotion inequalities. The study was conducted among 1,000 U.S. adults and was prompted by founder Sheryl Sandberg's suggestion that men are more likely to be praised for their effort than women.
