Two individuals, Hannah Noto, and Jude Bigay, have been arrested in a massive retail theft bust in Van Nuys, California. The suspects admitted to defrauding multiple clothing companies through an e-commerce scheme and selling items on the popular livestream shopping platform Whatnot. Police found 55 pallets of stolen commercial and train cargo at a warehouse, including items from brands such as ALO and SKIMS. The investigation is ongoing.
