An inquiry is being held into the death of a senior vehicle recovery worker who died when the lorry he was operating in Aberdeenshire. The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COP) has confirmed that a fatal accident inquiry (FAI) will be held. The FAI is used to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death, rather than to assign blame.
