Utah Valley is headed to the NIT after WAC championship heartbreak. Here’s who the Wolverines will play

Utah Valley University (UVU) has been sent to the National Independent Tournament following a disappointing performance in the WAC tournament championship game against Cal Baptist. The Wolverines earned a No. 4 seed in the NIT and will face George Washington in the first round. The game will be televised at 6 p.m. GMT and will be streamed on ESPN+. This marks Utah's third consecutive NIT appearance. The first three rounds of the NIS will be held at campus sites before the semifinals and championship are held at Hinkle Fieldhouse and Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on April 2 and 3.
