Actress Miranda McKeon, known for her role on Anne with an E, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at age 19 and in college at USC. She underwent several treatments, including freezing her eggs, undergoing 8 rounds of chemo, having a double mastectomy and 25 rounds of radiation, and being cancer-free since 2022. Despite these successes, she still has ongoing physical issues and is still on several medications. McKKeon is now prioritizing her well-being and finding joy in movement and food. She has learned that movement can be an effective way of protecting her body and creating a positive association with working out or working out.
