Major real estate firms just snapped up N.J. outdoor storage site for last-mile delivery

A two-acre industrial outdoor storage site in Bergen County has been sold by major real estate firms, Sagard Real Estate and La Caisse, as part of a new investment push. The site, which includes eight,817 square feet of building space, was purchased through a joint venture. The purchase was not disclosed.
