Former Technology High School coach, Courtland William Foster, has been charged with child sex abuse allegations from 1999 to 2004. The allegations stem from activity from between November 1999 and December 2004. Foster was arrested on March 29 by the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety and charged with assault with intent to commit a felony and four counts of lewd or lascivious acts on a child. A criminal protective order prevents Foster from interacting with the child, identified as Jane Doe. Foster is not currently listed as a coach on the school's website. The school district has advised anyone with information to contact authorities.
