The redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall site is bringing in new businesses, with seven new tenants set to open near the Park at PV, a green space near Cactus Road and Tatum Boulevard. Helenios Pilates, Culinary Gangster, Lululemon, Escapology escape rooms, and WeWhiten will also open later this year or in 2027. The 92,000-square-foot Life Time Paradise Valley will open next week with Pilates and yoga studios, a spa, pickleball courts, and a rooftop pool club. The $2 billion redevelopment project is only about half finished and is expected to be completed in 2030.
