Barracuda Taco Stand, a New Orleans-based taco stand and margarita garden, is set to open its fifth location in downtown Huntsville. The restaurant, founded by Brett Jones, found a welcoming environment in Huntsville and worked with the city to lease the spot at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Meridian Street. The grand opening is set for March 22 and will be open seven days a week, with year-round covered seating. The company's menu includes tacos and cocktails priced between $3.95 and $5.75 each.
