A 53-year-old man died after suffering a medical emergency on the Mount Wilson Trail in the San Gabriel Valley, according to the Sierra Madre Police Department. Despite efforts to save him, the hiker was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner and no evidence of foul play.
