Garrett Kuntz, 22, is facing charges of manslaughter and duty in accident involving death for the fatal hit-and-run near Valley City, North Dakota in December. The North Dakota Highway Patrol received an anonymous tip linking him to the incident and found a part of his pickup's bug shield in the ditch near the body. If found guilty of these charges, he faces up to 10 years in prison.
