Country singer Walker Hayes has reflected on his six children, having a "front-row seat" to his experiences as an alcoholic dad and Costco dad. Hayes, who previously worked overnight shifts at Costco stocking produce before his career took off, got sober in 2016 and lost their daughter Oakleigh Klover shortly after her birth in 2018. He hopes his children will be inspired by his perseverance in both personal and professional life. Hayes and his wife, Laney, are parents to six children: daughters Lela, 20, Loxley, 12, and Everly, 10, and sons Chapel, 18, Baylor, 16, and Beckett, 14. He has previously spoken about his sobriety journey and his love for his children.
