The U.S. Marshals are seeking the help of 38-year-old Jonathan Phil Vela, who was convicted of possession of a firearm while participating in a drug trafficking crime and ordered to serve three years of supervised release. Vela allegedly violated these conditions after being arrested by DPS troopers and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. He has several distinctive tattoos, including a sleeve tattoo on his left arm with skulls and flames, the state of Texas on his right arm, and an unidentified unidentified entity.
