Tucson Now: Nogales Film Festival unites the community through film

The Nogales Film Festival will begin on May 13 and aims to connect filmmakers from the U.S. and Mexico. The festival uses the border as a point of connection and is free and open to the public. Francisco J. Landin Jr. from the Southern Arizona Film Society discussed the festival.
