This comes after it was revealed that Apollo Global Management is planning a second US headquarters in the Sunbelt. Fulop declined to name specific firms but noted that this trend reflects a broader trend of companies leaving New York State due to its high-tax climate. The Partnership is using a multi-million dollar ad campaign to pressure Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) to maintain the current tax policies.
