The developers of Pokémon Champions have responded to player backlash by promising to fix many bugs currently in the game. The Pokémon Company stated that a major patch will be made to the online multiplayer soon, and may also be implemented to address performance issues on the Switch 2 version. The company highlighted several known issues, including a bug that appears to run at 30 FPS and stuttering issues, and incorrect gender labels in the tutorial and published Coordinate Teams. However, they did not address a potential Nintendo Switch 2 update or release a release date.
