Nashville police investigating threats, harassment against NES

Police are investigating death threats and harassment against Nashville Electric Service employees following a significant ice storm that left thousands without power for a week. The threats follow a series of incidents involving car break-ins at an employee parking lot during the storm response. The police are aware of 11 instances of threatening, harassing or doxing behavior directed at the utility. No charges have been filed.
