Laredo police have arrested 29-year-old John Quiroga, suspected of distributing narcotics throughout the city. This arrest follows a monthslong investigation by the Laredo Police Department's Narcotics Unit. The officers found multiple types of narcotics, including crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana, and pills believed to be Xanax.
