An unidentified Hyundai electric SUV, believed to be the IONIQ 1, has been spotted testing in public, possibly as an entry-level model for the company's compact electric vehicle (IONIQ) lineup. Chinese media outlet Autohome has revealed that Hyundai is already testing an even smaller, more compact model, the IonIQ 1. This vehicle is expected to be based on Hyundai's naming system, which is used for previous models and is expected be the smallest ION IQ model yet. The IONIC 3 will make its global debut this April and sales will follow shortly after. However, another unidentified Hyundai SUV, also believed to resemble the IONSIVE 1, was recently caught testing in Korea. The interior was briefly captured showing Hyundai’s new Pleos infotainment system and prices have not yet been disclosed.
