The widow of Renee Good, Becca Good, has filed a motion seeking the return of the car her wife was driving when she was shot and killed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer Jonathan Ross. The Honda Pilot has been in the federal government's possession since the shooting on Jan. 7. Becca argues that the government has no reason to keep it since it has stated there is no cause for an investigation into Good's death. If the Honda is returned, Good intends to hand it over to Minnesota state investigators.
