The woman found dead in a Bloomington holding cell has been identified as 29-year-old Desiree Marie Rosell. Her family claims she was detained around 5 p.m. and told police she had severe asthma and anxiety. The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating the circumstances surrounding her death.
