The author's fiancé, Winston, enjoyed the birria eggrolls and chorizo tacos, but the quesabirria quesadilla did not impress him. The restaurant opened its second location in St. Petersburg's Grand Central District in January. The original location was run by owner Jimmy Nunez's parents, who are both from Mexico.
