'Burb Bites: Westfield's plan to add nearly 2,000 homes and apartments

The Westfield City Council narrowly approved the 765-acre Ironstone development, which will bring over 1,700 single-family homes and townhouses and 250 apartments to the city's far north side. The first time this has been announced, Graeter's Ice Cream has opened its second Fishers location.
