Wildfires sparking as strong winds push through Oklahoma

Meteorologist Michaela Smith has alerted readers to the potential for wildfires in Oklahoma. The weather is expected to be particularly severe, with temperatures expected to fluctuate throughout the day. High winds and high fire danger are expected to cause power surges and potentially cause significant structural damage. A Red Flag Warning will be in effect from noon to 7 p.m. for some areas, including I-35 and several eastern Oklahoma counties, and a High Wind Warning for some of the remaining remaining areas.
