The team behind the Disney+/Hulu reboot of Malcolm in the Middle, which is set to premiere in a limited series on April 10. The show's title character, Frankie Muniz, is reunited with his family after decades of estrangement. Other original cast members include Kiana Madeira and Keeley Karsten, who play the roles of Malcolm and his daughter Leah. However, Jane Kaczmarek, the show's creator, suggested that a potential reboot could involve a new set of characters and circumstances.
