A survey conducted by Fractl on behalf of the The American College of Education (ACE) revealed that over 1,000 U.S. workers are using AI to learn on the job, despite 65% of workers expressing concern about its accuracy. The survey also revealed that 65% used AI for learning skills they didn't receive formal training from their employer. However, 23% of these workers still chose AI as their first choice when they need to learn something new. The report also found that 69% of employees said that using AI improved their productivity and over 55% felt more confident in their jobs.
