The incident left one woman in her 30s in a life-threatening condition, while a man in his 50s sustained life-changing injuries. Carrington has been named by the Metropolitan Police as a content creator and is due to make her first court appearance on Tuesday, April 21. Police say the incident is not being treated as terrorism-related.
