Homicide arrest made in Northwest Baltimore fatal shooting

A 49-year-old Baltimore County woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in late March in the city's Northwest District, which left 43-year old Garreth Parks Jr. with a life-threatening gunshot wound. The suspect was taken into custody a day after the shooting and charged with first- and second-degree murder, assault, and handgun violations. The incident reportedly occurred during a domestic dispute.
