WhatsApp is launching updates to its iPhone app, including smarter storage controls, easier cross-platform chat transfers, and built-in AI tools for editing photos and replies inside conversations. The update will be implemented on March 26. With this update, two WhatsApp accounts can be run simultaneously, removing the need for a second device. The chat transfer tool now supports moving conversations between iOS and Android without additional setup. The company is also refining storage management by allowing users to delete large files within individual chats instead of clearing entire conversations.
