Jamie Dimon says Iran war makes Middle East peace prospects better in the long term

JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon has stated that the Iran war may improve the prospects for lasting peace in the Middle East, despite its near-term risks. Dimon suggested that a convergence of interests among regional powers such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, the U.S. and Israel all want permanent peace, and that Gulf states have shown a willingness to move towards this. He also mentioned that foreign direct investment, which had been flowing into the region for years, could dry up without stability.
