Conway, who is running for the House seat being vacated by New York Rep. Jerry Nadler, revealed that he made the decision to give the legally allowed maximum donation, knowing it could have been inherited by his children. During a subsequent appearance on "Morning Joe," Conway also attempted to diagnose Donald Trump as mentally ill and called himself a "narcissist".
