A New Mexico-New Mexico marijuana dispensary, a former stop on the Rock Island Railroad, has been revitalized by Gabi Tuschak and Erik Spain, who bought 20 acres of land and planned to open a marijuana dispensary in the town of Glenrio, New Mexico. The pair had raised significant amounts of money and planned for the construction of the building on the Texas side of the border, which is still illegal selling recreational weed. However, they faced a setback when a New Mexico county worker informed them that the building they were about to construct was actually on the opposite side. They had to create all the infrastructure from scratch to raise capital for the project. The dispensary opened in 15 months and opened in the span of 15 months.
