German actress and TV presenter Collien Fernandes has accused her ex-husband, Christian Ulmen, of orchestrating years of online abuse. Fernandes alleges that Ulmen opened several online accounts in her name and used them to share pornographic images and chat with at least 30 men. She claims Ulmen confessed to the allegations in an interview with Der Spiegel after she reported the incidents. The accusations sparked widespread outrage in Germany and Fernandes is now campaigning for greater efforts to combat "deepfake" imagery.
