Rick Wilson, a Burkburnett man, was arrested on March 2 after he allegedly exposed himself while sitting on an electric scooter at a Wichita Falls Walmart. Wilson was booked into the Wichita County Jail and charged with indecent exposure and was cited for public intoxication. He remains in custody on a $1,500 bond. Police were called to the Walmart on Greenbriar Road around 7:07 p.m. on Monday, March 2, regarding an intoxicated individual who could not keep his hands out of his pants. Court documents show that Wilson had previously been barred from all Walmart properties as of Jan. 19, 2026.
