A man has been arrested following a fatal shooting in the 3600 block of E. 117th Street in Cleveland's Mount Pleasant neighborhood, according to a police release. The victim was found with a gunshot wound and taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police are currently investigating the incident. The charges are pending.
