US TikTok service disrupted by second Oracle outage in a month

US TikTok is experiencing a second major service disruption since January, with users experiencing delays and lag while posting content. The issue is affecting some parts of the TikTok U.S. user experience. The outage started at around 8:24 a.m. ET and has been followed by numerous status updates since. The company is working to restore service.
