Police recovered 19.6 grams of suspected heroin in 19 plastic sandwich bags, 1.7 grams of crack cocaine, $1,027 cash, six hypodeneric needles and 15 packs of small coin envelopes during a stop in the 8300 block of Harlem Avenue. Sergio E. Ramirez, 65, from Chicago, was initially arrested on a Michigan extradition warrant for falsely reporting a felony and later accused of possessing fraudulent identification.
