Two teenagers, 18-year-old Emir Balat and 19-year old Ibrahim Kayumi, have entered pleas in a New York City terror plot that allegedly involved them in planning to "kill as many as possible" in an alleged "ISIS-inspired" terrorist attack outside the residence of the New York mayor on March 7. The teens were recorded saying they planned on leaving behind a note and attempting to detonate two explosive devices. They pleaded not guilty to the charges in a federal court in Manhattan. The federal prosecutor stated that three more weeks are needed to review more than a dozen electronic devices.
