Lubbock man arrested after undercover agent posed as 16-year-old girl

Lubbock man, Lucas Gutierrez, 45, was arrested after exchanging sexually explicit messages with an undercover agent who he believed to be a 16-year-old girl. The agent was actually a Special Agent with Texas DPS’ Criminal Investigations Division. Gutierrez was charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
