Person arrested following rollover crash in Westbrook

State police have arrested one person following a rollover in Westbrook, Connecticut, which resulted in minor injuries. The person being taken into custody has not been identified. The incident occurred near the intersection of Route 1 and Grove Beach Road. The police have not disclosed the identity of the person arrested.
