Capital One to pay $425 million settlement to account holders: Who qualifies

A Virginia court has approved a $425 million settlement against Capital One, alleging that the company failed to raise interest rates on the 360 Savings account in accordance with its 360 Performance Savings account. The settlement will be distributed to anyone who was a member of the company between September 18, 2019, and June 16, 2025. The payment will be made to the primary account holder of the affected account.
