32BJ, airport workers sue Trump admin. for revoking security clearances

The union 32BJ SEIU and four union workers are suing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for erroneously revoking security clearances for 80 workers, including those with temporary immigration protections, who were removed from their positions at Boston's Logan International Airport. The change has led to job losses at airports in San Francisco, New York, and Florida. The union claims that the Trump administration is using "flimsy arguments" to take the jobs of foreign-born workers.
