The New Orleans Police Department is seeking the help of a suspect in an auto theft investigation. The car was stolen near the corner of Painters and Abundance Streets and was recovered in the 6100 block of Urquhart. Police have released a video of a man allegedly approached and entered the stolen car, claiming he bought it for $100 and wants the woman to pay him the same amount.
