H100 eyes Europe’s largest bitcoin treasury with 3,500 BTC in proposed acquistions

Swedish-based publicly listed bitcoin company, H100, has announced plans to acquire Norwegian peers Moonshot AS and Never Say Die to increase its holdings of the largest cryptocurrency. The deal would roughly triple H100's bitcoin stash to around 3,500 BTC, positioning it among Europe's largest listed bitcoin treasury firms. The acquisition will be an all-share transaction, with ownership determined by the amount of bitcoin contributed.
