A couple from Slidell has been arrested following a narcotics investigation involving illegal narcotics being sold at a motel. Tosh Humphrey, 46, and Lucretia Bell, 51, were found in possession of nearly one ounce of powder cocaine, under a half-ounce of crack cocaine, and four gabapentin pills, approximately 10 grams of marijuana, and 18 Suboxone sublingual film strips. They were arrested on multiple charges, including distribution of a schedule II CDS, possession with the intent to distribute a schedule I C.
