Mexican citizen, Gustavo Adolfo Gavia Elias, is facing murder charges for allegedly hitting a motorcyclist, Dezjon Hamilton, during a road rage incident in Chandler, Arizona. The confrontation reportedly occurred after Hamilton "excessively revved his motorcycle's engine" in front of Elias' SUV. The victim was declared brain-dead and removed from life support. Elias admitted to drinking 12 beers and using cocaine before taking his children to a sleepover the night of the crash and intentionally hitting Hamilton.
