Nvidia's new app lets you precompile gaming shaders during machine idle time

The latest beta version of the Nvidia App includes a feature that allows users to pre-compile new shaders while their machines are idle. The Auto Shader Compilation system aims to reduce the frequency of game runtime compilation after driver updates for users running the GeForce Game Ready Driver 595.97 WHQL or later. Users can activate the feature by setting aside disk space for precompiled shaders and manually forcing them to use the process.
